PURPOSE:To minimize the amount of cushioning materials to thereby contrive reduction in the number of parts of a packaging case by a method wherein a top cushioning to be mounted on the opening part of a pan is provided with the parts extending downwardly into the pan and such downwardly extending parts are provided with retaining parts for receiving moldboard, etc. securely in the pan. CONSTITUTION:A top cushioning material 16 is provided in contact with the upper edge face of a pan 11 and the parts of this cushioning material 16 extending downwardly into the pan 11 are provided with retaining parts 16a and 16b for holding the related articles 17a such as moldboard. The upper side of the cushioning material 16 for setting a lid 13 upside down thereon is so spaced as to receive an instruction manual 17b or the like. The spatula 17a, etc. are supported by the retaining parts 16a and 16b to be prevented from coming off and restrained by the instruction manual 17b and the lid 13 from upward movement. By the retaining parts 16a and 16b, the lateral movement thereof is also prevented. When the cushioning material 16 is raised, moreover, the related articles such as a spatula 17a are allowed to fall into the pan 12. This permits a reduction in the number of parts of a packaging case. |
