The ski brake has a brake arm, held in a braking position by a spring; and a U-shaped actuating lever, to retain and swivel the arm against the spring into a movement position. The brake arm is located in an extension of a leg of the actuating lever. The pivot axis of both legs of the actuating lever are on a plane parallel to the upper ski surface, and are staggered in longitudinal direction of the ski. Due to this, the actuating lever is elastically deformed in the movement position. The actuating lever and the arm consists of an integral piece of spring wire. The legs of the wire have a bent section engaging about a stationary pivot (14, 15).
|
