The pre-fabricated reinforced concrete element is used in the construction of the outer walls of residential or office blocks. It consists of a rectangular self-supporting panel, of any of a range of sizes. It is manufactured from light-weight concrete with thermally insulating and waterproof layers sandwiched together. The panel has rows of trapezoidal recesses (b) connecters (e) on the side surfaces (d). In the lower part of the panel, the side surfaces have alveolar and monolithic structural steel ends at a corresponding height. Depending upon the room dimensions, the recesses are symmetrically or eccentrically positioned in the panel.
