<p>A training frame for weight lifting has a base plate to which two vertical support tubes are fixed. A horizontal beam is carried at the top end of the two support tubes. Suspended from the horizontal beam are two expansion cables. They are attached to two pairs of anchor rollers with which the training load is adjustable between 3 and 300 kilogramms. The frame is equally suitable for arm or leg exercises. Since it is collapsible and of little weight, it is easy transportable.</p> |
