<p>The pre-adjustable quick change tool holder is for multispindle drilling machines. It consists of a body (1) with a tool holder (2c) and tool (W2) located on three positioning pins (5). The quick change mechanism consists of a threaded ring (6) secured against rotation by a key (7). The ring carries bayonet union nut (8), which, when rotated on the threaded ring tightens the tool holder via clamp jaws. At the same time a ring (9) seals the tool holder against the nut. By rotating the nut (8) in opposite direction the clamp jaws (S) are brought in coinciding position with recesses on the tool holder and the tool holder can be removed after the bayonet nut has been pushed back.</p> |
