This invention is concerned with the monitoring device using an electric wave which can detect an object with a wide range at any configuration of the ground. A high frequency of which the frequency band width is the range from 110 MHZ to 120 MHZ is output from the transmitter,then a wide sensing range is made up between the transmitter and the receiver and then the receiver receives the high frequency signal and amplfies it. If there is any change in the receive signal, the system can detect an invader.
