摘要 <p>Hig purity metal is melted in a receptacle, heated to 631-800 degrees C, under an inert gas cover at 0-0.5 x 105 Pa. It is then allowed to pass through a nozzle 0.1-0.4mm dia. in single droplets to drop 100-800mm through inert gas into an inert liquid, having a b.pt. 80-120 degrees C, which is in motion, and allowing the droplets to solidify. Pref. the gas is Ar and the liquid pure water. Used as doping material for semi-conductors giving good dispersion and made by a simple and cheap process.</p>
