Bottom cleaning device for WC installations has a swivelling nozzle element with bottom shower and a hot air drying unit. The installation is fitted with a programme switch unit actuated by a hand or foot operated button which switches an electric motor for the side as well as switching the heating for the rinsing water on and off and finally switching the hot air drying blower unit on and off. The nozzle element is capable of a 90 degree swivel movement and is held under the seat frame when in the rest position.
