Braided belting mfr. - using coiled wire with opposed pitches to resist cross forces experienced in continuous furnaces

Mfr. of braided belting, partic. for use in continuous high temp. heating furnaces. Each wire coil, used in the braiding, is composed of >=2 coil sections one with a left pitch and the other with a right pitch. Adjacent coils are connected to each other by a closed cross-rod. The design prevents undesired cross forces from deforming and distorting the braided belting in a structure which resists the high ambient operating temps. so that the belting life is extended.
