PURPOSE:To regulate the release pressure directly to a preset pressure value by converting the release pressure of a pump into a feedback pressure by airhydro-mechanisms, operating the feedback pressure to a direction converting valve to convert the flowing direction of the driving air, and converting the direction converting valve. CONSTITUTION:In the diaphragm type pump, a pair of pump chambers 3a and 3b are partitioned further into air chambers 6a, 6b and fluid pressure chambers 7a, 7b by diaphragms 5a and 5b, and a pilot driving type direction converting valve 18 is provided in a flow way of the driving air linking to the air chambers 6a and 6b. In this case, the pilot chamber for the direction converting valve 18 is connected to a pressure air source 19 through governor mechanisms 20a and 20b. The both governor mechanisms 20a and 20b are composed to convert the fluid pressure in the direction to exhaust, when the output of the airhydro- mechanisms 22a and 22b (the feedback pressure) to release the air pressure proportional to the releasing pressure of the fluid pressure chambers 7a and 7b is made in a preset pressure or higher. |
