A device is provided for connecting an igniter cord and a length of safety fuse in iginitable relationship. The device consists of (1) a water-proof junction unit having a cord duct to accommodate a length of igniter cord and a fuse duct at an angle to the igniter cord and, (2) a fuse connecting unit for sertion into the fuse duct comprising a tube of waterproof material having a terminal fuse end therein with an ignitable composition within the tube at the position of the fuse end. Upon iginition by the igniter cord, the ignitable composition ignites the fuse. |
