PURPOSE:To efficiently feed ground meat for packing by reversing a palette with a specific amount of ground meat interposed between the palette and a tray and then removing the palette. CONSTITUTION:Palettes 10 are removable engaged with a palette conveyer 11 with specific intervals, ground meat is continuously pushed out from a chopper 21 onto the palettes 10 on the palette conveyer 11, and ground meat is repetitively cut on a lateral direction between adjacent palettes 10 so that a specific amount of ground meat is mounted on each palette 10. The palette 10 is reversed with the specific amount of ground meat interposed between the palette 10 and a tray 30 to remove the palette 10. Therefore the palettes 10 are removably mounted on the palette conveyer 11 and ground eat can be supplied while the palettes 10 are carried in this state. Thus by changing the intervals for mounting the palettes 10 on the palette conveyer 11, an amount of ground meat to be wrapped on the tray 30 can be easily adjusted. |
