PURPOSE:To connect plural terminal equipments by one set of a line terminating equipment and a data communication network controller by providing a data communication network control function making it possible to connect the plural terminal equipments and the multiplexing function of a line data by time division. CONSTITUTION:The line terminating equipment 8 has the multiplexing function of the line data by time division and is connected to the data communication network controller 9 acting as a part of the plural terminal equipments 7, 8. Then it is possible to control the connection of the plural equipments 7 by allowing the controller 9 to apply connection control with a data communication network 12 and an opposite subscriber via a control signal common line 11. Further, the terminator 8 applies the time division multiplexing to the transmission/reception data of the equipment 7 to send the data between the communication network 12 and the opposite subscriber system. Thus, the connection of plural terminal equipments 7 is attained by using one set of line terminating equipment 8 and data communication network controller 9.
