The trough conveyor has E profile sides (10) with a top flange (11) and bottom flange (12). A middle flange (13) carries the trough plate (14), the scraper chain going above and returning below, either side of the plate. The top and bottom flanges are strengthened by bars (15, 16). The top bar recesses (17) accept bolts for equipment attachment. The bottom bar recesses (20) receive the equipment lugs (23, 24) by insertion at an angle and then tilting to close up (241) for bolting. Strengthened bosses (25) are welded between the bars and seated into the V channel (26) of the middle flange. |
