<p>The conveyor track has a trolley running on a rail, with a motor-driven wheel fitting against the rail in the latter's horizontal area, and with a gear for engaging a spur rack fixed to the rail, on sloping sectors up or down. The gear (11) has a free-wheeling connection (16) with the motor. It may be connected, via. the free-wheeling unit, to the shaft (19) of an auxiliary motor, which is brought into play only after the cogwheel has engaged the spur rack. The free-running connection may be housed in the hole in the gear. There may be one free-wheeling unit with clamp action operated with drive on uphill sectors, and a second one with clamp action with braking on downhill sectors.</p> |
