<p>The exhibition trailer has folding side panels on one side, with the lower half of the one side (5) folding down to cover the wheels and the upper half in two panels (3, 4) hinged in the middle, to fold up into a roof. The two sets of panels are linked by cable drives and counterbalanced so that the downward swing of the lower panel helps raise the upper two panels. The cable drivers are located inside the hollow section frames of the trailer and do not encroach on the space inside the trailer. The roof of the trailer can be rolled back (6) to allow equipment to be dropped in by crane.</p> |
