PURPOSE:To obtain a ROM, a RAM and a storage which can easily correct its memory contents and attain the cost reduction and the high-density mounting. CONSTITUTION:When the memory data requiring the correction is detected out of the contents of a ROM 3, the address of the memory data is previously stored in a RAM 4 in accordance with the corrected new data. Then an access is given to the memory data requiring the correction out of the contents of the ROM 3. Thus the corrected memory data is read out of the RAM 4. When an access is given to the memory data requiring no correction out of the contents of the ROM 3, the memory data is directly read out of the RAM 4. As a result, the memory contents are easily corrected and at the same time cost reduction is attained together with the high-density mounting.
