Refrigerator wall groove for shelf mountings - has keying features for holding shelf grid mounting firmly on wall

The fastening arrangement is used for shelves of a refrigerator. These shelves consist of convoluted evaporator tubes stiffened by a steel wire grid. The refrigerator housing is insulated and lines with plastics. No reinforcements are placed into the foam plastics insulation and no holes or screws are used. The lining of the vertical walls has on both sides a keying groove (24). These grooves run horizontally along the side wall lining. The shelf grid is held by mounting component whose lugs slide into the keying grooves. The other face of a mounting component has a holding feature for shelf grid. The lugs are pushed apart to ensure firm keying.
