PURPOSE:To obtain sure operation while being of simple constitution and small- sized by driving and controlling a transistor with partial pressure voltage of detection voltage of the first and second thirmisters so as to control corresponding to a temperature change. CONSTITUTION:The second thirmister T2 of the same characteristic detecting an atmospheric temperature is in series arranged to the first thirmister T1 to be thermally joined with a transistor Q1 so as to control the transistor Q1 with partial pressure voltage of temperature detection voltage of these first and second thirmisters T1 and T2. Partial pressure voltage parted from detection temperature voltage is made to correspond to a temperature of the transistor Q1 where an atmospheric temperature is denied, sure control corresponding to a temperature change of the transistor Q1 can be performed. Thereby, sure operation while being simply constituted and small-sized can be obtained. |
