PURPOSE:To accurately measure the weight of a cargo, by forcedly expanding- and-contracting a suspension cylinder by the vibration of a car body to bring the pressure in the suspension cylinder to the one corresponding to the weight of the cargo in a vessel. CONSTITUTION:After a vessel 2 of a car is loaded with a cargo, the vessel 2 is once moved up-and-down. A card body 1 is vibrated by this movement and the outer cylinder and rod of a suspension cylinder are forcedly expanded and contracted. The outer cylinder and the rod are expanded and contracted corresponding to a external force, that is, the weight of the cargo in the vessel 2 and the pressure in the cylinder becomes the one corresponding to the weight of the cargo in the vessel 2. This pressure is detected by a pressure sensor and the weight of the cargo in the vessel 2 is calculated from the detected pressure. |
