PURPOSE:To enlarge the rotating range of a rod in the fore side of the title equipment to increase speciality as a self-defence equipment, by a method wherein a handle is attached rotatably to a supporting shaft established uprightly so as to be biased to one side of the rod while the rod can be rotated or stopped by the operation of a push metal provided on the handle. CONSTITUTION:A base plate 2 is attached to a rod 1 so as to be biased to one side of the rod while a supporting shaft 3 is established uprightly on the rod 1 through the base plate 2. A handle 4 rotated about the center axis of the supporting shaft 3 through the rotating part 5 of a contacting part with the base plate 2 is attached to the supporting shaft 3. A push metal 6, popped by a spring 9, is attached to the handle 4 and the handle 4 is permitted to engage with or release from the supporting shaft 3 by the control of the push metal 6. Upon using, the handle 4 is gripped by a hand and a gripping force is applied to the push metal 6, then, retention between the handle 4 and the supporting shaft 3 is released and the shaft 3 can be rotated with respect to the handle 4. Accordingly, the rod 1 may be rotated about the handle 4 eccentrically with a large inertia force and the rotating range of the same may be expanded. |
