摘要 <p>An electric field transversal to the oscillator path is generated by one single anode (22) in the cavity (11), and by a series of cathodes (20) on the other side of the cavity. A potential is applied between the anode (22) and the cathodes (20) and a high velocity lases gas jet is injected in the area of each cathode (20) for production of plasma in the cavity (11). The jets are arranged normal to the electric field. They form a plasma which is uniformly distributed in the cavity.</p>
