The circuit has a PROM (programmed read only memory) connected to the control outputs and a second PROM for normal states. It has a third for connected states and a fourth for pump addresses. The circuit has a forcing counter used for addressing the four memorys, a timer and two digital comparators connected between the input states and the second and third memories resp. A logic circuit increases the counter count by a timing pulse when the first comparator indicates a coincidence. A second logic circuit connects the counter to the pump address indicated by the fourth memory when the second comparator indicates a coincidence.
