摘要 <p>A method and arrangement for pulse excitation and control of a mechanical resonator or oscillating armature are designed to improve dynamic performance and to ensure the frequency stability aimed at in the mechanical design by use of time-controlled amplitude regulation. The resonator or armature is used with control elements for continuous measurement of deflection and speed of an oscillating body. The method is suitable for use with oscillation amplitudes of several degrees which result in non-linear control system characteristics. A sinusoidal signal proportional to the instantaneous deflection is used to produce a triangular wave with pulse rate relates to the oscillation frequency and a phase-shifted oscillating speed proportional sinusoid. The derived signals are compared in a control circuit which drives the control elements.</p>
