Tube straightening machine with multiple pressure arms - has pitch of arms decreasing towards tubes discharge end

The tube straightening machine has an inclined surface with a stopping edge on which the tubes (10) to be straightened are stored. The tubes roll one-by-one onto the set of double taper rollers. When one tube is in place, the set of guide arms (1) descend, along the tube and the wedge-shaped profile together with the double taper act as a straightening channel for the tubes. The distance between the individual guide arms decreases towards the discharge end of the tubes. The movement of the guide arms (1) is controlled by a power cylinder (3) forcing a pivoting movement of the arms around a fulcrum (2). The wedge-shaped profile of the arms can also be fitted with roller (7) connected by level gear and driven by electric motor.
