The brush holder is intended for direct current motors, enabling easy mounting and dismounting onto and from the motor casing. It consists of a tubular plastics body whose front side is fitted with at least one flexible flap obliquely to the axis of the brush holders. This flap is axially shiftable. At an intermediate point the tubular body is provided with elastically deformable flap(s), cooperating with stops at the end of a motor casing aperture, intended for inserting of the brush holder. Preferably the flap is of radial type and is annular. Two such flaps may be provided and located opposite each other. Typically the tubular body has an axial rib for engagement of a groove in the motor casing. |
