Installation for the movement of the shower arm used in W.C. systems with water rinsing actuated by a lever. A piston cylinder element (14) controlled by the lever (13) and connectable to water pressure obtained from the supply pipe is fitted with one part (15) attached to the toilet and with the other part (16,17) having a movable connection to the linear adjustable holder (18) of the shower arm (7) with the holder capable of swivel movement within guided limits. The lever (13) is made as a handle which can be operated from either side of the toilet seat (2).
