Safety control unit for motor vehicle - identifies and prevents incorporation of unsuitable control unit modification using dangerous practise

A control unit for a safety unit in a motor vehicle, whereby depending on the fitting out of the vehicle, different modifications of the control unit are urgently required. With a different lay-out of a unit side plug board (10) disconnected at the different modifications and the required safety is reached, esp. with a lamp control lead (12) for a warning lamp (13) installed on the vehicle dashboard and a corresp. different positioning of a vehicle side plug, depending on the vehicle fitting out. So that the incorporation of an unsuitable and in certain cases a modification of a control unit using dangerous safety engineering practice can be identified and prevented. USE/ADVANTAGE - Control unit for safety unit in motor vehicle. Faulty replacement or transposition can be identified and indicated.
