PURPOSE:To manufacture the above structural body in a short time and easily by eliminating necessity to perform operation by dividing into two processes, by a method wherein a flat-platelike rigid member and a stock solution of an elastic member are loaded intermittently into a hollow press mold whose both ends are open and formed integrally by compressing them in an axial direction. CONSTITUTION:A press mold 2 is of a hollow frame material possessing a fixed inside form and open type both ends, whose inside form is made identical with a circumferential form of a rigid member 11 and formed a little larger than the rigid member 11. After loading of the rigid member 11 into the press mold 2, a stock solution 13 is cast into the press mold 2 through a casting part 23. Then the rigid member 11 is loaded again, the stock solution 13 is cast, the rigid member 11 and stock solution 13 are loaded into the press mold 2 intermittently by repeating this operation and when preparation for pressing is completed by loading the rigid member 11 finally, the rigid member 11 at the top of the inside of the press mold is pressed downward of an axial direction with a press shaft 22. Then since the rigid material 11 and stock solution 13 are compressed and the stock solution possesses adhesion, the stock solution 13 is stuck to each rigid member 11 and unified vibration-proof structural body 1 can be manufactured. |
