1467104 Ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer compositions GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER CO 7 April 1975 [29 April 1974] 14157/75 Heading C3P Thermoplastic compositions comprise (A) 100 parts by weight of a copolymer of 72 to 80 parts by weight of ethylene and 28 to 20 parts by weight of vinyl acetate having a melt index of 1À2 to 20 g./10 mins. and (B) 0À15 to 3 parts of combinations of 0À02 to 1 part by weight of each modifier selected from (1) stearamide and behenamide with and without stearic acid and (2) stearamide and/or behenamide, stearic acid and paraffin wax having a softening point of 45‹ to 55‹ C. The compositions may be used for making anti-blocking, anti-fogging, low haze films. |
