The valve structure according to the invention comprises a body 6 equipped with a series of coaxial bores 9, 10, 11, 12 forming a pipeline for conveying gas from an inlet orifice 1 to a second end 8 emerging in a second pipeline 2 for circulating liquid. A ball 18, inserted into the body, is thrust by an elastic member 19 towards the inlet orifice 1 and comes to bear in an attached seat 13 in the shape of a cone 17. The liquid pipeline 2 is formed by a tubular part 3 inserted, when hot, into a bore of the body 6, without interposition of a seal. The ball 18 bears on the cone 17 in an annular zone in the form of a spherical ring. <IMAGE>
