A tipper device intended to be mounted on the chassis of a handling vehicle, includes a substantially rectangular frame intended to be fixed to the said chassis, two tipper arms 9 mounted so that they can pivot on this frame close to the back corners of the latter by being articulated about colinear transverse axes, two arm actuators 10 respectively associated with these two arms located close to the longitudinal sides of the frame and articulated close to the front corners of the latter, and fastening elements 11 located at the upper ends of the arms in areas of these arms which are transversely facing. Each arm 9 includes an arm body 101 with an elongate element 102 at the upper end of which is mounted an adaptor 111 the transverse section of which is symmetric with respect to a plane parallel to the axis of the arm and to the longitudinal axis of the elongate element, allowing two possible configurations for fitting the adaptor to the arm body, these two configurations being offset by 180 DEG with respect to this arm axis, this adaptor including, offset either forwards or backwards from this plane, a transverse attachment member 12 to which the said members 11 for connection to the skip (bin) are connected. <IMAGE>
