<p>PURPOSE:To improve durability of a hose through prevention of penetration of a medium into a fiber-reinforced layer by a method wherein a film being impenetrable to a medium flowing through a hose is formed on the end surface of the peripheral edge of the branch hole of a main hose. CONSTITUTION:A branch hose comprises a main hose 1 provided at its interior with a fiber-reinforced layer, an auxiliary hose 2 locked to a branch hole 6 and communicated to the main hose 1, and a covering layer 3 with which a branch coupling part is covered. A film 4 impenetrable to a medium is formed on the peripheral edge surface of the branch hole 6 of the main hose 1. In the branch hose, since a fiber-reinforced layer 5 at the interior of a rubber hose is covered with the film 4, a medium flowing through the hose during a use is prevented from penetration. This constitution improves durability of the hose through prevention of penetration of a medium into the fiber-reinforced layer.</p> |
