PURPOSE:To hold the independence of ribs by eliminating the mutual fusion thereof by changing the cross-sectional shape of a liquid supply body made of a shape memory resin or rubber from a stored circular cross-sectional shape formed at primary deformation temp. to a circular cross-sectional shape having required liquid passage width formed at secondary deformation temp. or lower. CONSTITUTION:A liquid supply body A1 is made of a shape memory resin and has such a cross-sectional shape that independent ribs 2 respectively different in length are arranged to the inner surface of a circular contour part 1 at an equal interval in a centripetal direction and ink passages wherein ink leak surfaces have an uneven shape and all of the ink leak surfaces communicate with each other at the center are formed. In this liquid supply body A1, a circular cross-sectional shape of rib constitution is molded at primary deformation temp. and, thereafter, a circular cross-sectional shape wherein the ink passages 3 have required width is molded at secondary deformation temp. The outer diameter of this liquid supply body A1 is 1.0mm and the width of the center part of the ink passages 3 is 0.015mm. |
