PURPOSE:To ensure easy attachment of a sheet web and simple solution of a paper jam problem by parking a paper powder brush from a recording sheet web transport path which swingingly opens with a main printer system, interlocked with the swingingly opening action of an upper opening member. CONSTITUTION:A cover 2 which is an upper constituent member is attached to a main device system 1 in such a manner that the cover 2 can be swingingly opened and a fanfold sheet transport path 3 is formed between the main device system 1 and the cover 2. In addition, paired paper dust brushes 5 are arranged near an introduction member for the fanfold sheet transport path 3. The paired paper dust brushes 5 consist of two pieces of brush 51, 52 attached horizontally over and under a brush holder 53. Then if the cover 2 swingingly opens, the pressure of a lever 6 by a lever operation part 22 is released, so that the lever 6 is rotated at a specified angle by a spring 63. Subsequently, a paper dust brush operating arm 61 pushes up a holder arm 53B which holds the brush 51 to give an oscillating action to the holder arm 53B. Thus the upper brush 51 is allowed to move upward over a specified distance to an immobilization position, leaving a specified amount of space between the paired paper dust brushes 5. |
