PURPOSE:To obtain rice ice cream containing rice starch and rich in change of flavor by grinding rice into grains, boiling the grains together with water, mixing the resultant paste with ice cream ingredient and freezing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:Rice is ground into grains and the resultant grains are boiled with water to afford paste, which is then mixed with ice cream ingredient and the mixture is frozen to provide the aimed rice ice cream. |
