Ashtray with removable hollow rim receptacles - has inserts with polygonal form in apertures of ashtray of same material

The ashtray has a centre for ash and cigarette ends with small receptacles (5) with hollowed inner centres arranged on its rim. Reliefs are provided in the rim (3) into which the inserts (5) in the form of receptacles with moulded inner centres fit. Each insert fits closely into its relief in the rim. The exposed faces of the ashtray (1) and of the inserts (5) are manufactured from the same material. The height of the hollow inner centre of the inserts corresponds to approximately double its internal width.
