PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of X-ray tube owing to the electronic shock caused by the flight electron from the cathode when using it, by means of vaporizing the wax substance by utilizing the heating in order to perform the degasgeneration of anode when exhausting by X-ray tube, thereby forming the evaporation film on the sealing section of glass valve and covar.
