<p>The roasting clamp is used for the clean, quick and secure clamping of the meat edges of filled roasts by the pressing together of the handles of the gripping blades and consequent gripping of teeth rows into the meat edges from above downwards. The gripping blades (1) are fitted with rows of teeth (3) directed inwards with their transverse ribbed upper sides (4) used as handles. The bend in the gripping blades (1) are used to enlarge the grip opening with the bulges (5) acting as counter bearing. The clamp is fitted with a steel spring leaf (6) with its two equal legs directed inwards to products tension.</p> |
