<p>The hinged container is for writing instruments and possibly a roll of note paper. The back wall of the upper container part is formed as a U-shaped trough into which the stored articles detachably fit. The trough forms a separate semi-cylindrical shell (60) from the upper part (12), with pivot pins (67) which, together with their corresponding bore holes (18), in the side walls (19, 19a) of the upper and lowered parts (11, 12), form the hinge for the pivoting parts (11, 12) as well as for the trough (60). Pref. the half shell (60) can be combined with a second half shell (61) to form a cylindrical sleeve. Holes in the shell can be used to hold pencils whilst slits can be provided for sheets of paper or envelopes.</p> |
