<p>The whole range of building operation is divided into constantly repeated working processes, which can be carried out at the same time by separate teams. A rhythmic system is brought about, with each team's daily output and the sequence of processes successively devised in such a way that walls and ceilings, at least, are simultaneously produced at the end of an initial stage carried out by different teams. Successively repeated processes may be arranged so that the building rises on a spiral pattern. Each storey plan may be assembled from any desired number of open rectangles. Interior partitioning can be varied as desired, with no loss of economy. The system is esp. suitable for buildings of 4-22 storeys.</p> |
