<p>In the parent patent an injection mould built up from two or more sections has an arrangement for injecting a processing fluid, i.e. a releasing agnet for preventing adhesion between the moulding and the tool cavitis. At least one of the mould sections has a reciprocating ejector for removing the finished mouldings from the tools, and the ejector provides at the same time, the means by which the fluid is injected. In this patent, the injection of the releasing agent into the moulds for plastic injection or metal die casting is effected with a partly opened and/or partly after the moulding has been loosened.-closed mould. A satisfactory treatment of the mould cavity, esp of those parts difficult of access, and using the minimum amt of releasing fluid, is insured. After the moulding operation, the tools are partly opened and as the ejector or ejectors move forward or after they have moved forward and the moulding is freed from the tool walls, the fluid is injected.</p> |
