<p>The unit consists of a press board, positioned on the end face of a container, which is displaced by a hydraulic drive from that position to the other end of the container, along its longitudinal axis. The press board (6) carries a horizontal crank shaft (1), which is at right angles to the longitudinal axis. The crank shaft has toothed gears (2) at both ends, which engage with a pin rack toothing (3), located on both sides of the side wall of the container (12). Hydraulic cylinders (20-22) engage on throws (7) of the crank shaft. The opposite ends of the cylinders are turnably held on a shaft (17) on the press board. The throws of the crank shaft may be formed as counter weights, or there may be additional counter weights fastened to the shaft. The press board is displaceable via supporting rollers (5) on a square tube (4).</p> |
