The holder for firearm cartridges has a base member with through holes for insertion and holding ou cartridges. This holder is used on hunting and it ensures that cartridges are held readily available. No noise is caused as when they are carried loose in pockets. The holder is made from a rubber like flexible material. The holes (2) ensure line contact between the cartridge case and the holder hole wall. For this purpose the holes have polygonal shape which ensures also clearances. The narrow region for line contact can be formed by a number of flexible lips (4). The holder (1) can have a number of such holes in a row. Adjacent holes (2) may be rotated relative to each other.
