The metal may be a Group II metal, lead, tin or manganese, and the salt may be a sulphate, carbonate, phosphate, acetate, aluminate or borate. Examples describe compositions in which the stabilizer is calcium, zinc, magnesium, cadmium, lead or barium oxide, or calcium sulphate. The compositions may be made into films, sheets or other articles by moulding, calendering or extruding. |
