ABOUT 1 TO 5 PARTS OF A MODIFYING AGENT OF THE FORMULA (R3Si)nX in which R is as defined above, X is halogen, OH, OR, S, OOCR, N or NY, Y is hydrogen or any of the definitions of R, and N IS 1, 2 OR 3, AND D. ABOUT 0.1 TO 10 PARTS OF WATER (BASED ON (A) + (B) + (C)), IS PRODUCED BY TREATING THE FILLER WITH THE MODIFYING AGENT, IN THE PRESENCE OF WATER, DURING ITS INCORPORATION INTO THE POLYORGANOSILOXANE.
