<p>PURPOSE:To stably maintain fixed tape running speed at a VTR for controlling reproducing speed corresponding to the turning speed of a dial. CONSTITUTION:A counter 3 counts pulse PFG from an FG2 for a fixed time. Count data DPC are supplied to a speed instruction part 5 and corresponding to the turning speed of a jog dial 1, the instructed speed is calculated by using a table showing relation between the turning speed of the dial 1 and the tape running speed. Then, a command CSP is supplied to a tape running system 6, and the speed is controlled. When the turning speed of the dial 1 is changed by 2-3 rotations/second, the instructed speed comes to constant at one-fold speed, and the table is set so as to monotonously change the instructed speed at the other turning speed. Even when the turning speed of the dial 1 is fluctuated within the range of 2-3 rotations/second, the command CSP instructing one- fold speed is continuously supplied from the speed instruction part 5 to the tape running system 6, and the one-fold tape running speed is stably maintained.</p> |
