Compsn. contains 0.1-10 wt.% polyoxyethylene oleyl ether and 0.1-10 wt.% of a cpd. of formula (I): (where R1-4 are each alkyl, hydroxyalkyl or benzyl, among which 1-2 gps. are alkyl or hydroxy alkyl of 8-20 C, and the rest are alkyl or hydroxyalkyl or 1-3C or benzyl; X is halogen or alkyl sulphuric acid radical).
