The control method prevents automatic fire extinguishing by a temperature cut mode. The method includes the steps of: detecting if a sensing temperature Tn of the temperature sensor is increasing over a measurement start temperature, and if increasing, after a given time, remembering the Tn; judging if measuring values more than five values are remembered and if remembered, getting a first temperature difference if it is more than a standard temperature difference, and avoiding a temperature cutting by a judgement of the pot shaking; and getting a second temperature difference, if it is more than 0 deg.C and if the Tn is more than a selected cut temperature Ts, processing the automatic fire extinguishing, and if the second temperature difference is not more than 0 deg.C or if the Tn is not over the Ts, returning to removing the Tn-4.
