A third driving mirror (8) is mounted at the outside edge of the dashboard (7) to enable the driver to view out of the side window. This mirror covers the dead spots of the interior mirror (5) and the outside driving mirror (6). It can be reached by the driver for easy adjustment. This mirror is not obscured by rain or snow. Its shape is designed to give maximum view through the side windows, while its viewing angle is large due to the proximity to the driver. The extra mirror extends the driver's view without using convex mirrors.
